Here are the benefits of Personal Training from Medineeds instructors Larissa Bolliger and Dr Dileep Nair:
You will have an initial 30-minute session with Medineeds Personal Trainers Larissa Bolliger or Dr Dileep Nair, at our Medineeds Praana Wellness Studio. At this session, Larissa or Dileep will chat with you, to get to know you and to get an understanding of your current health and fitness goals. They will complete a health form, take your blood pressure reading, height and weight to calculate your BMI and from there discuss tailored sessions to make your goals achievable.
Following this initial session If you would like to book further sessions, they will put together a sequence of exercises which can be adjusted as needed at each session.
We encourage you to book a block of at least 5 sessions in order to gain consistency and build up momentum to start achieving your goals
