Sian enjoys assessing and treating patients in clinic or from the comfort of their own home and providing tailored treatment and exercise packages.
Mrs Carolyn Royse
Lead Specialist Orthotist
Lead Orthotist Carolyn Royse, qualified in 2007 and has worked in the UK and Ireland as an orthotist and prosthetist and has specialised for the last ten years in orthotics. Her areas of interest are biomechanics of the foot and ankle, the diabetic foot and neurological gait. She has expanded her knowledge having completed a fellowship in population health and is keenly interested in all aspects of healthcare that keep us well.

Yoga and Meditation sessions are led by Dr. Dileep Nair, ex-army fitness professional, registered yoga teacher (RYT) with the yoga alliance and European Registered Exercise Professional (EREPS) level 6. Dr Nair’s PhD, (HCQF-level 12), in exercise physiology and level-3 certification in exercise referral provides an expertise in physiology of exercise and its adaptation to the body.

She holds the thoughtful Body Mama's Pilates level 3 Active IQ award in Supporting Pre and Postnatal clients with exercise and nutrition advice. Larissa also holds a certificate in Barre Pilates Method Training and Pilates for common Orthopaedic conditions. Larissa is able to provide general nutrition advice and exercise.
